Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work quality.

This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of digital marketing who is looking to grow their skills through hands-on experience and continuous learning.

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and daily marketing tasks
• Complete assigned tasks within the required deadlines
• Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding task progress, updates, and deliverables
• Maintain accuracy and quality across all assigned work
• Use digital marketing tools and internal systems effectively
• Monitor and update trackers, reports, and campaign-related data
• Identify and report issues or blockers affecting task completion
• Participate in training sessions and apply learnings to daily work
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve workflows and campaign execution
• Maintain professionalism when representing the company online and across communication channels
• Adapt to changing priorities and support various marketing-related initiatives as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and online platforms
• Familiarity with search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Knowledge of SEO, social media, or paid advertising is a plus
• Experience using productivity or project management tools is an advantage
• Basic reporting and data tracking skills
