Executive Assistant to the Purchasing & Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Purchasing & Logistics Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and enjoys working closely with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Purchasing & Logistics Manager.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse personnel, and internal departments.
- Monitor and follow up on purchasing orders, deliveries, and logistics schedules.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in project coordination and process improvements as required.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior management or executives.
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or operations support is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
