Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounting Supervisor to oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations, including General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, ledgers, journals, receipts, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Prepare, review, and monitor financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle BIR compliance requirements, including tax returns, audits, and Letters of Authority (LOA).
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, government agencies, and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Provide guidance and supervision to accounting staff to ensure efficient and accurate work output.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting.
• Familiarity with BIR regulations, tax compliance, and audit processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
