Job Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and performance of Ayala–TPI properties within Ayala, ensuring efficient operations, tenant satisfaction, and effective coordination with service providers and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure full accountability for Ayala–TPI property operations, upkeep, and performance within the Ayala area
- Coordinate with technical teams for maintenance, repairs, and property improvements
- Manage bidding, engagement, and renewal of contracts with service providers
- Oversee lease contract monitoring, renewal, and compliance for all tenants
- Handle internal and external tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure proper implementation of property management policies and standards
- Maintain strong coordination with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of property operations and tenant relations
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in property management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of property management experience required
- Must have experience managing commercial properties specifically
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge in contract and lease management
- Strong sense of urgency and resourcefulness in problem-solving
- Ability to manage tenant relations in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple concerns
