Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Finance, based in Quezon City. The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the organization. Daily responsibilities include the management of financial statements, overseeing budgeting processes, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.The role also involves developing strategies to optimize revenue while minimizing financial risks, and providing actionable insights to drive the organization's financial success.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Finance management
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide insights
- Leadership skills to manage a finance team and ensure adherence to organizational goals
- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and practices
- Relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a senior position
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a CPA or CFA designation is a plus
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
