About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a strategic finance partner, working closely with Australian clients to improve financial visibility, drive performance, and support better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Planning- Lead financial planning & analysis engagements
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, including budgets, forecasts. Present and influence operational, financing, investment and strategic decision making
- Deliver cash flow forecasting and treasury insights
- Deliver monthly performance reviews with detailed variance analysis and commercial insights
- Design reporting dashboards and KPIs
- Act as the primary financial liaison for assigned businesses by building strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teams
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities
- Support scalable finance processes
- Collaborate with tax and bookkeeping teams
- Minimum 5+ years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills
- Experience with cash flow, working capital management and treasury funding models
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and Modano is a plus
- Strong communication with the ability to translate financial insights for senior management, non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with Australian businesses preferred
