Sales Director

Colkin Corp' is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in leading and directing our sales efforts, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve ambitious sales targets
2. Lead, motivate and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure they reach their full potential
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
4. Forge strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business and maximize existing account growth
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
6. Monitor and report on sales performance, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement
7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements and best practices

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the Sales industry
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of senior sales leadership experience
3. Excellent strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
4. Strong team leadership skills, with experience in coaching, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams
5. Experience managing teams of 2-5 people minimum
6. Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
7. Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making
8. Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
