Posted on 6 April 2026- Provide weekly itinerary of sales activities and sales report.
- Oversee execution of major sales, both residential and non-residential.
- Develop and oversee implementation of sales strategies and action plans.
- Actively solicit banquet and catering business for the hotel from all market segments.
- Tap, maintain, and develop new key industries and potential Japanese clients by acting as the forefront to sustain and grow these industries.
- Conduct review of sales call report submitted by the team.
- Design strategy, train, and provide coaching for effective sales call activities guided by the pricing strategy of the hotel.
- Can speak fluent Japanese.
- Passionate and highly motivated in meeting sales goals.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales and can lead a team in a focused and thoughtful manner.
- College graduate with at least one (1) year notable experience as Sales Manager or similar role.
