Job Description
Core Qualifications and Education- A mid-level experience of 2 to 3 years as a Jira Administrator is acceptable.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Jira projects, workflows, and permissions.
- Proficient in handling user directories, permissions, roles, and group administration within Jira.
- Strong understanding of custom workflows, transitions, and automation within Jira.
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving Jira-related issues efficiently.
- Strong skills in documenting configurations, preparing reports, and providing end-user support and training.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Jira Administrator Certification (Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) or relevant Atlassian certifications
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.
