ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Global Client Success Tax Manager, the Global Client Success Tax Analyst will support our clients by answering their tax engine-related queries, explaining system functionality, and how that applies to them.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping our clients gain maximum efficiencies from our Tax Engine to deliver their mobility programs.
This is a client-facing, consultative role that spans the entire client lifecycle, from Sales through to Onboarding and beyond.
This position will be on a hybrid work set-up, with a minimum of 2 days/ week in the Manila office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Success- Serve as a subject matter expert, combining mobility tax knowledge with platform expertise.
- Respond to client queries and provide guidance on system functionality and best practices.
- Help clients optimize their use of the Tax Engine.
- Review platform configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve errors proactively.
- Create clear documentation and training materials.
- Support both internal teams and external users in adopting and utilizing the Tax Engine.
- Advocate for client needs by collaborating with Tax Research and Product teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in tax calculations and compliance capabilities.
- Work closely with Global Client Success colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Deliver scalable, long-term solutions for clients.
- Monitor processes and performance.
- Provide feedback to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client outcomes.
- 2–3 years of experience in expatriate tax or employment tax.
- Ideally a mix of in-house (multinational) and/or Big 4 experience.
- CTA, ATT, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Employment and expatriate taxation.
- Tax planning and compliance.
- Tax regulations, double tax treaties and social security agreements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data analysis), as well as Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with tax and technology trends.
- Additional certifications in expatriate, international, or global mobility tax.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with the Equus Mobile Workforce Platform or comparable systems.
