We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal & Administrative Assistant in Angeles City Pampanga. As part of a fulltime role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and personal support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities- Providing a full range of administrative support, including diary management, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
- Coordinating and organising meetings, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence, and acting as the first point of contact
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work, with a positive attitude
