Role overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal & Administrative Assistant in Angeles City Pampanga. As part of a fulltime role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and personal support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities
  1. Providing a full range of administrative support, including diary management, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
  2. Coordinating and organising meetings, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items
  3. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  4. Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence, and acting as the first point of contact
What we're looking for
  1. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  5. A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work, with a positive attitude
