This is a project-based reliever position for 3 months - from July to October 2026.

Position Summary

The BA Equity PCA Team Coordinator serves a critical operational role in supporting the success and efficiency of the Equity Property Condition Assessment (PCA) team.

This position is responsible for coordinating project logistics, managing workflows, tracking project deliverables, and serving as a central communication point between internal teams, assessors, subcontractors, and site contacts.

The Team Coordinator ensures projects remain organized, documentation is properly maintained, and project milestones are tracked from initiation through completion. Success in this role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset while providing support across a variety of Equity PCA operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Work Order Management
  • Generate, manage, and distribute work orders for all Equity sub-specialty tasks associated with active projects.
  • Coordinate project activities and assist in maintaining workflow continuity among Equity PCA team members.
  • Monitor and assist with project status updates and deliverable timelines.
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks necessary for project execution.
  • Site Visit Coordination
  • Coordinate site visits for projects requiring Equity sub-specialty services, including communication with assessors, subcontractors, and site contacts.
  • Manage scheduling logistics and ensure site visit details are distributed accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate all applicable projects except designated exclusions (Gene projects, ALTA tasks, and BACP projects unless otherwise assigned).
  • Document Management & Tracking
  • Upload and maintain completed sub-specialty reports within tracking systems including:
  • P Drive
  • Quire
  • SmartSheet trackers
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and organized for team accessibility.
  • Assist in maintaining project records and supporting documentation.
  • Project Communication & Team Support
  • Send Equity PCA Checklist emails for all assigned Equity PCA projects.
  • Distribute LPCA instructions and sample reports for applicable projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with:
  • Equity PCA team members
  • Sales teams
  • Staffing teams
  • Assessors and subcontractors
  • Site contacts
  • Provide support and assistance to team members as needed to ensure
successful project delivery.
  • Quote & Project Tracking
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring base PCA quote requests submitted by sales teams.
  • Assist in tracking Equity sub-specialty quote requests.
  • Maintain reporting tools and trackers to improve project visibility and team efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support to meet changing team needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
Qualifications

Preferred Experience
  • Prior project coordination, administrative, or operations support experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting consulting, due diligence, construction, engineering, or PCA-related services preferred.
Preferred Technical Skills
  • Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required:
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Google Sheets
  • Microsoft Excel
  • SmartSheet
  • File management and project tracking platforms
