Admin Coordinator - Night Shift / WFH

Work Setup: Work-from-Home l Night Shift l Full-Time
Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their Human Resources Department.
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department.
We are seeking a professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual with the following abilities and attributes to perform the tasks listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties;
- Provide administrative support to HR;
- Compile and update employee records;
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations);
- Assist with Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and keep up to date notes on progress;
- Communicate with public services when necessary;
- Track and renew business licenses across applicable jurisdictions.
- Maintain accurate records of license requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with state and local agencies to address any license-related inquiries or updates.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR.
- Manage correspondence with external agencies related to payroll and HR compliance.
- Support other HR projects as assigned.
- Any other administrative tasks that is requested from HR
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2-3 years related experience in Human Resources and payroll or related;
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Experience with an HRIS or HRMS, preferably Paylocity;
- Ability to interface and work well with diverse staff, while maintaining confidentiality;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and perform new tasks;
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
