SHS Academic Coordinator - AMACC Las Piñas
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and driven SHS Academic Coordinator to join our team at AMA Computer College Inc. in our Las Piñas City campus. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all academic activities for our senior high school students, ensuring they receive a high-quality education that prepares them for further studies or the workforce.
What you'll be doing- Implement academic strategies and policies to enhance the overall learning experience for senior high school students
- Oversee curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment for all senior high school subjects
- Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing intervention strategies as needed
- Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality instruction
- Liaise with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to address any academic concerns
- Manage administrative tasks related to student records, schedules, and academic reporting
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making for the senior high school program
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior high school academic coordination or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the senior high school curriculum and assessment standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, students, and parents
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to improve academic outcomes
- Proficient in using educational technology and data management systems
- Proven track record of implementing successful academic interventions and initiatives
