IT Business Support Analyst/Service Desk Analyst
Overview: Ideally, the candidate will have data center experience and a background in IT support services. Managing Level 2 tickets for internal users of our inventory platform. SaaS experience is a plus as well.
Position and Company Summary:
We are seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for the Inventory Automation platform (Carma) and related applications.- This role ensures system reliability and user satisfaction across departments.
- Collaborate with IT, SE&D, Ops, strategic vendors and other business teams to support the Carma application with issues related to data migration, enhancements/releases and site activations.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and support procedures.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in user training and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with Servicenow ticketing systems.
- Data Center experience is a plus.
