Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and organizing documents.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and edit letters, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and messages in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of office supplies and inventory.
  • Maintain orderly records, databases, and documentation systems.
  • Support HR, finance, and operations teams with basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate office logistics such as meeting room bookings, deliveries, and office maintenance.
  • Process reimbursement forms, purchase requests, and other internal documents.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time to support office operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • Open for fresh graduates; 0–1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Professional, positive, and dependable work attitude.
