Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)- 3+ years experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative
- Familiarity with VoIP tools for daily communication
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision-makers
- Experience managing outbound calls and high-volume outreach
- High school diploma required; degree is a plus
- Willing to work onsite in BGC (Day Shift)
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent time management; proficient in Word and Excel
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills — fluent in written and spoken English
- Great at problem-solving, analysis, and research

Sales Development & Client Engagement- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and cold calls
- Engage prospects with clear and professional communication
- Handle basic objections and support the sales process
- Manage multiple sales activities in a fast-paced environment
- Identify potential growth opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics
- Record and update calls, leads, appointments, and client details in internal systems
- Use tools like Call Tracker and Outlook for tracking activities
- Maintain and regularly update the Sales Quote Register
- Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and COR requirements
- Take steps to reduce risks and ensure safe working practices
- Follow company policies and report any issues or deviations when needed
