Machine Operator /Technician

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform basic injection processes

• Mold setting (mold down and mold up)
• Setting take-out robot
• Dryer and crusher machine maintenance
• Material preparation (mixing & loading)

1. Maintain good set-up of injection machine and equipment
2. Monitoring of injection machine and equipment`s condition during mass production
3. Other task given by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

1. Must be graduate of Electro-mechanical Technology. (Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply)
2. Can operate servo type take-out robot machine (Yushin & Harmo)
3. Knowledgeable of basic adjustment of molding parameters
4. With knowledge on how to operate all electric injection machine (JWS, Fanuc, Sumitomo)
5. Can make technical reports.
