Job Description

• Responsible for shaping and driving the organization's strategic direction while fostering a culture of innovation
• Partners with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency
• Leads the development and execution of long-term strategic plans and innovation initiatives that support sustainable growth and competitive advantage

• Lead the creation of the company’s 5-year strategic roadmap and annual strategic plans
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy
• Identify gaps in current business strategies and develop actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives

• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, business models, and customer solutions
• Promote a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement
• Evaluate feasibility and potential impact of new ideas and expansion opportunities
• Lead innovation projects from ideation to execution

• Oversee collection and analysis of market data, consumer trends, and competitive intelligence
• Provide strategic insights to support product development, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation

• Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record, graduate degree a plus
• Certification in Project, Program or Portfolio Management a plus
• 8+ years of IT consulting experience in successful business strategy and project delivery services
• Extensive experience in Digital technologies (social, mobile, analytics, big data, etc.)
• Preferably 2+ years prior experience in top-tier consultancy or IT consultancy with involvement in developing business/digital strategies
• Extensive experience in consultative selling (sales & presales)
• Preferably at least 1 year of involvement in at least one aspect of Digital Transformation
• In-depth experience in at least one (1) industry
• Significant experience in managing a large portfolio with different/varying practices consisting of over a hundred resources and portfolio P&L management
• Superb communication and presentation skills
• Broad understanding and passion for current technology trends, their impact on business strategies, and their implications in creating and sustaining competitive advantage and transforming business
• Ability to understand, contextualize and effectively communicate the business value of digital technologiesInitiates thought leadership, promotes learning and growth
