About the role
As an IT Specialist at Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC', you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the company's complex technology infrastructure. Responsible for a wide range of IT-related tasks, from network administration to software troubleshooting, this full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Administering and maintaining the company's computer networks, servers, and related IT systems
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the company's data and systems
- Upgrading and configuring software and hardware as needed
- Documenting IT processes and procedures for future reference
- Collaborating with the IT team to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Researching and recommending new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT support or network administration role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Proficient in administering and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
