Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems

Location: Iloilo

We are seeking a proactive and qualified Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project located in Iloilo. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in O&M for power plants or reserve-related systems, preferably with BESS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the BESS facility.
2. Supervise and manage the operator staff and technical team.
3. Ensure system performance, reliability, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for operational reporting and compliance matters.
6. Maintain up-to-date records and logs related to equipment and performance.

Qualifications:

1. 1–2 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in power generation facilities, BESS, or reserve-related systems.
2. Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred but not strictly required).
3. Willing to relocate and stay on-site at the project location in Iloilo.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of electrical systems, energy storage, or SCADA monitoring is a plus.

Further training will be provided.
