As a Call Center Agent, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping patients understand their healthcare benefits and enrolling them in disease management programs. You will also work with cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless patient experience.
You will be required to meet call quotas in this role.

Key Responsibilities- Outbound Calls:
- Educate patients about their healthcare benefits and inform patients about the disease management program requirements
- Facilitate patient enrollment, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders
- Inbound Calls:
- Address patients’ inquiries via call, SMS, and email
- Work with various teams to follow through on patient requests
- Update patient records accurately
- Able to work onsite in Makati
- Preferably with experience in customer service or call centers
- Detail-oriented and has experience with data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Communicates clearly in English or Tagalog
