Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calls:
  • Educate patients about their healthcare benefits and inform patients about the disease management program requirements
  • Facilitate patient enrollment, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders
  • Inbound Calls:
  • Address patients’ inquiries via call, SMS, and email
  • Work with various teams to follow through on patient requests
  • Update patient records accurately
Minimum Qualifications
  • Able to work onsite in Makati
  • Preferably with experience in customer service or call centers
  • Detail-oriented and has experience with data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Communicates clearly in English or Tagalog
