Role brief
We are looking for a HubSpot Technical & Web Developer to design, build, and optimise websites and web-based solutions within the HubSpot ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering scalable, high-performing digital solutions, while working closely with cross-functional teams across development, marketing, and delivery.
Key responsibilities- Develop and maintain HubSpot websites, templates, modules, and features
- Build responsive, high-quality web solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Translate business and client requirements into functional technical solutions
- Support integrations between HubSpot and other systems or platforms
- Maintain and enhance reusable code libraries to improve team efficiency
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimise solutions to ensure performance and usability
- Stay current with HubSpot capabilities, web technologies, and best practice
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support successful delivery
- At least 2 years’ experience in HubSpot development or similar CMS platforms
- Experience building HubSpot templates, modules, or websites
- Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as HubSpot or WordPress
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals including responsiveness and performance
- Exposure to API integrations and general back-end concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience with CRM workflows, marketing automation, or integrations
- Understanding of SEO and web performance optimisation
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
