Customer Service Representative – Telco Account (Onsite)

• Assist customers with billing, technical, and service-related concerns
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner
• Ensure excellent customer experience through professional communication
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Telco account (voice or non-voice)
• Strong English communication skills (at least B2 CEFR level)
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
