ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Management & Logistics Support professional to join our team, supporting a New Zealand-based business. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination across product supply, inventory, logistics, and communication with stores and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Product & Inventory Operations- Manage stock transfers to stores, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure all system updates are accurate
- Monitor stock levels and alert the team when inventory falls below minimum levels
- Review and validate franchise and purchase orders
- Process orders accurately and resolve discrepancies when needed
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on delivery timelines and stock arrivals
- Track incoming stock and ensure system records reflect accurate inventory status.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for shipment updates and documentation
- Monitor shipment progress and provide regular status updates
- Maintain shipment records and support reporting on delivery timelines
- Ensure all product and parts listings are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Maintain ordering files, including stock on hand (SOH) and sales data
- Support forecasting through consistent data provision
- Communicate with franchise partners and stores on product updates, pricing changes, and stock status
- Work closely with internal teams including warehouse and marketing to ensure alignment
- Conduct market and price monitoring for relevant product categories
- Gather and organize data from dealers and internal sources for reporting
- Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making
- Provide administrative support to the Product Manager
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist in process improvements and operational tasks when required
- 1 - 3 years of experience in distribution, merchandising, or marketing
- Knowledgeable in using Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, and data tracking) and PowerPoint for preparing clear reports
- Good analytical thinking and communication skills
- Understanding / knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or inventory processes
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
- Experience or familiarity with vaping or energy storage products is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig.
