ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, to launch
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize product backlog in coordination with Agile/Scrum teams
- Act as primary liaison with stakeholders to align on product direction, features, and priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans in coordination with marketing and sales teams
- Monitor product performance post-launch using data and customer insights to drive improvements
- Ensure delivery of product capabilities within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
- Continuously analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify product enhancement opportunities
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date product documentation and project artifacts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information System, Information Technology, Business Management, and/or other related courses.
- At least two 3 years working experience in Product Management and/or Product Development (Auxiliary Services such as Buy Load, Cash-in/Cash-out, Remittance, Insurance/Micro Insurance, and other auxiliary services)
- Strong knowledge of the Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and methods of development such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall, including its principles and processes.
- Has a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
- Preferably with background in Auxiliary services is a plus, such as Buy Load, Cash-in/Cash-out, Remittance, Insurance/Micro Insurance, and other auxiliary services.
