About the Role

This role focuses on Source-to-Pay (S2P), vendor management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and IT delivery teams to define requirements and shape a prioritized product backlog.

You will play a key role in a major procurement modernization initiative, facilitating workshops, supporting backlog refinement, and bridging business and technology teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Business Analyst for the procurement system, covering Source-to-Pay, vendor management, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, interviews, and process discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze current and future-state procurement processes, identifying business rules, gaps, dependencies, and risks.
• Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

• Support product owners in defining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA, release managers, and vendors on requirements delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release readiness activities.

• Support user acceptance testing, including test scenarios, validation, and issue resolution coordination.
• Maintain requirements traceability from business need through delivery, testing, and post-release validation.

• Prepare and maintain business analysis deliverables: requirements documentation, user stories, process maps, and issue logs.
• Provide functional input during design reviews, go-live, hypercare, and post-release stabilization.
• Identify delivery risks and stakeholder alignment issues, working with the product owner to resolve them.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in enterprise system implementation, modernization, or product delivery projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes: Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, sourcing, vendor management, contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, and invoicing.
• Experience with procurement or ERP platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project for professional documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research complex issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, or Procurement are a plus but not required.
