Escrow Assistant

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, the Escrow Assistant is responsible for assisting the National Commercial Services (NCS) Office with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides support to the NCS Office by assisting with Escrow-related processes and specific office language, while adhering to standard operating procedures and company policies to achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Opens orders, inputs closing statements, and obtains and verifies information received from clients through calls and emails to check accuracy and completeness of gathered data.
  • Conducts follow-up calls or emails to ensure information orders are processed within specified turn-around time.
  • Inputs validated data in client-supplied applications to meet project specifications.
  • Attends project orientation, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated trainings when necessary for continuous professional development.
  • Reports all issues encountered with client-supplied applications to immediate superior to ensure transparency and timely delivery of resolution.
  • Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations.
  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Completed at least 2 years of college.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Title and/or Escrow processes.
  • Expert knowledge of FAST; able to comprehend requirement documentation and utilize resource tools effectively.
  • Experience in the BPO industry an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
