About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Records Retention & Disposal Assistant to help sort, file, and manage financial documents and vouchers from 2015 to the present. This is a temporary, full-time office-based role ideal for someone who enjoys administrative tasks and working with records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and organize finance files and supporting documents
  • File vouchers chronologically and systematically
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
  • Coordinate with the Finance team as needed for clarification or document tracking
Qualifications
