About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Records Retention & Disposal Assistant to help sort, file, and manage financial documents and vouchers from 2015 to the present. This is a temporary, full-time office-based role ideal for someone who enjoys administrative tasks and working with records.
Key Responsibilities- Sort and organize finance files and supporting documents
- File vouchers chronologically and systematically
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
- Coordinate with the Finance team as needed for clarification or document tracking
- Student, undergraduate or a graduate of any business-related course (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly
- Must be available to start immediately
- Preferably resides near [Office Location]
- Must be willing to work 100% on-site
