What You'll Be Doing

Be part of our client's team as an Operations Coordinator and help manage automotive inventory and parts data with precision. You'll support internal operations, keep systems aligned, and play a critical role in maintaining efficiency-all while working remotely.

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Work Setup: Permanent work from home

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3.5 years of experience or strong familiarity with automotive parts (e.g., engines, transmissions, key components)
  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software systems

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or working with automotive accounts
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools
  • Proficiency in Checkmate or other automotive inventory management software
Your Day-to-Day at the Digital Garage
  • Use Checkmate software to manage inventory, enter car parts, issue work orders, and generate invoices
  • Maintain and update records of vehicles acquired through auctions in Monday.com
  • Act as the liaison between Checkmate and Monday.com, manually transfer parts sales and inventory data
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks related to car dismantling and dealership processes
  • Collaborate with team members to identify workflow improvements and boost operational efficiency
