Be part of our client's team as a Senior QA Engineer, where you'll lead a high-performing QA team, create robust testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless software delivery.

- Minimum Years of Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in QA engineering
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Must-Have Technical Skills
- Ability to implement and lead QA automation from scratch
- In-depth knowledge of QA automation tools for web applications (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience setting up and maintaining automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of end-to-end integration testing for web applications
- Experience with regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with QA processes for large-scale web applications
- Nice-to-Have Technical Skills
- Exposure to Heroku and Sentry for error tracking
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and React for product understanding (not required for coding)
- Lead and mentor a team of QA testers
- Design, implement, and execute test plans and strategies
- Own the process of ensuring software product quality before final release
- Collaborate with development, product management, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases
- Supervise and mentor a team of QA testers
- Set goals and provide performance feedback
- Foster a collaborative and growth-driven work environment
- Distribute workload and meet project milestones and deadlines
- Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases aligned with product requirements
- Define testing scope and prioritize activities based on risk and impact
- Organize and maintain test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results
- Identify and implement improvements to QA processes and methodologies
- Apply industry-standard QA practices, frameworks, and tools
- Establish and track quality KPIs such as defect and coverage metrics
- Coordinate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects
- Provide concise QA updates in project status meetings
- Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders promptly
