JOB DESCRIPTION:- Attend to client inquiries regarding available travel options and pricing;
- Facilitating and generating sales by promoting travel products and services to clients:
- Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals;
- Organize and maintain accurate flight preferences and booking information, while ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process;
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- with al least 2 yrs of BPO/Call Center Experience.
- Proficiency in English;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail;
- Ability to work onsite (Night shift);
- Travel experience is a plus but not required.
