At Tabisuita Training Center, we're looking for a strategic ESL Consultant who brings both expert coaching skills and real leadership experience to the table. This isn't just a teaching role — it's your seat at the table where training quality, team growth, and learner success are decided.

• Supervise and mentor a team of ESL coaches, providing regular performance feedback
• Deliver and oversee one-on-one and small group English coaching sessions for Japanese professionals
• Design, review, and continuously improve curriculum and learning materials
• Track learner progress at a team level and implement quality-improvement strategies
• Coordinate class scheduling, workload distribution, and coach onboarding
• Liaise with management on program goals, reporting, and team KPIs
• Lead team meetings and participate in curriculum development initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in an ESL or training environment
• IELTS/TEFL/TESOL certification required
• Clear, confident communicator — written and spoken English at near-native level
• Experience with Japanese learners or business English coaching is a strong advantage
• Basic Japanese (Nihongo) is a bonus
• Proficient in lesson planning, progress tracking, and reporting tools
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends (2 days off)
