You will work closely with other departments to support their IT needs and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of IT services.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's data and systems from threats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner, providing support to users across the organization.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and services.
• Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT technology and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT System Management Officer, IT Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security practices.
• Experience with server management, network administration, and software deployment.
• Proficiency in IT management tools and software, including virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
