Job Description

• Respond to IT help requests and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, antivirus software, and office applications.
• Monitor network performance, configure printers and phones, and ensure secure internet connections.
• Manage new hire onboarding/offboarding by setting up user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
• Repair or replace damaged equipment and maintain an updated log of IT assets and inventory.
• Keep records of service histories, software licenses, and network configurations.
• Other tasks may assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and maintain hardware, alongside deep familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of foundational networking concepts like IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and router/switch configuration.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and database management languages like SQL
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users and staff.
