Position: SENIOR BAKERY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

ROLE:

The Bakery Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow, consistent product quality, and timely delivery of bakery items. The role includes managing and leading the production team, implementing quality control standards, and optimizing production processes.

The manager also supports staff training, monitors performance, and introduces innovative ideas aligned with current market trends.

Working Conditions
  • Work is primarily based in a bakery or production facility, with exposure to heat, equipment, and food preparation areas.
  • Requires early morning shifts, extended hours, and work on weekends or holidays depending on production demands.
  • Involves managing a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Requires strong coordination with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • The role includes supervising staff, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • May involve standing for long periods and active movement within the production area.
