The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of production targets. This role manages production personnel, coordinates with support departments, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology / Manufacturing-related course
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
With supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow planning, and line balancing
Familiarity with quality standards and inspection procedures (e.g., GMP, HACCP, or ISO is an advantage)
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and proper implementation on the production floor
Experience in manpower planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Proficient in reporting, documentation, and use of MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets and deadlines
High level of discipline, accountability, and attention to detail
