About the role

Coogee International Development Inc. is seeking a talented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time QA/QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects, contributing to the overall success of the business.

• Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control plans
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and relevant regulations
• Identifying and addressing any non-conformities or defects, and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all quality-related activities
• Providing technical guidance and training to construction teams on quality best practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to continuously improve quality processes

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industry handling structural works in a high rise building projects
• Exposed in different facets of Engineering such as Formworks, Rebar and concreting works
• Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control techniques
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and standards
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Familiar with relevant quality management systems and certifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project needs
• Can start immediately
