Front Desk Associate
About the Role
We are looking for a poised, welcoming, and organized Front Desk Associate to join our guest services team. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for orchestrating a seamless experience from the moment of arrival to the final farewell.Your goal is to provide attentive, personalized service that makes every guest feel like they have truly escaped to a private sanctuary.
Core Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Check-In: Execute professional check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all guest details are accurate and resort policies are clearly communicated.
Concierge Services: Provide expert recommendations on resort amenities (e.g., Wellness Spa, Grand Event Hall) and local attractions in the Porac/Pampanga area.
Reservation Management: Handle room bookings, inquiries, and cancellations via phone, email, and walk-ins using the resort’s Property Management System (PMS).
Guest Relations: Proactively address guest needs and concerns with empathy and a "solution-oriented" mindset to ensure total guest satisfaction.Financial Accuracy: Process payments, manage petty cash, and ensure accurate billing for room stays, F&B charges, and additional services.
Inter-Departmental Liaison: Communcate guest requests or villa issues immediately to the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure a smooth stay.
Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a pristine personal appearance and professional demeanor that reflects the luxury branding of Reca Resort.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Communication: Fluent in English and Filipino. Ability to maintain a calm, professional tone even during peak hours.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and experience with Hotel Front Office software (PMS) is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to multitask and handle guest complaints with grace and efficiency.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort occupancy.
