The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, records management, and employee relations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and helps maintain a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Prepare employment contracts, requirements, memos, and other HR-related documents
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by the VP for HR and HR Manager and Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
  • Able to keep confidential matters discussed in HR Department
  • Preferably living near Banawe, Quezon City
  • CAN START ASAP

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

9:00 am to 6:00 pm
