HR Assistant

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, records management, and employee relations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and helps maintain a positive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Prepare employment contracts, requirements, memos, and other HR-related documents
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the VP for HR and HR Manager and Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discreet, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Able to keep confidential matters discussed in HR Department
- Preferably living near Banawe, Quezon City
- CAN START ASAP
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
9:00 am to 6:00 pm
