Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction and elevator installation projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically sound, and capable of leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and elevator installation projects from start to completion
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays proactively
- Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and submit project reports, updates, and documentation to management and clients
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or elevator industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Knowledgeable in project management tools and methods
- Experience in Elevator or Construction is an advantage
- Willing to do site visits and field work
