Project Manager [with any Data Related Projects exposure]

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably across multiple geographies.
• Experience with data-related projects including any level of data involvement is required.
• Proven experience working with external vendors and cross-country stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Familiarity with IT systems and digital platforms, particularly within customer-facing industries.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Role Overview:

• The Project Manager will oversee and drive the delivery of IT projects across multiple countries. This role involves working closely with vendors, country stakeholders, and internal support teams to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
• The PM will be responsible for regular project reporting, conducting stakeholder meetings, and leading monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings to provide updates and gain alignment on critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and proactively manage risks/issues.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

• Conduct weekly project meetings with country stakeholders, vendors, and internal support teams to align on status, risks, and next steps.
• Ensure effective communication and escalation of issues as needed.
• Lead monthly Steering Committee meetings to provide project updates, review progress, and gain approvals or decisions.

• Send weekly project updates to stakeholders, summarizing progress, key milestones, risks, and action items.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, issue logs, and decision registers.
• Prepare and present project status reports for senior leadership.

• Work with internal support teams to address compliances, technical, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring their performance aligns with project timelines and quality expectations.

• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Develop solutions and action plans to address project challenges.
