IT Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, preferably handling software development or IT projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work on-site in Taguig and Makati.

• Manage IT and software development projects from planning to completion.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, vendors, and project team members.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Track project costs and budgets as required.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project implementation, closure activities, and documentation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives when applicable.
• Support the Scrum Team and help remove blockers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
