IT Project Manager (Financial Project)

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives from project initiation through completion. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining stakeholder alignment, effective risk management, and adherence to organizational governance and compliance standards.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution throughout the Project Management Lifecycle.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Technology, Operations, Legal, Procurement, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project charters, business cases, plans, and supporting documentation.
• Establish project work plans, reporting frameworks, and communication strategies.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT governance standards, and applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and contract administration.
• Implement and maintain governance processes for risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
• Lead project closeout activities, including lessons learned sessions, post-implementation reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements to project management practices and methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management capabilities.
• Proven track record in delivering cross-functional and enterprise-scale projects.
• Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, controls, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience within banking, financial services, or technology-driven environments is preferred.

• Must be willing to work on-site at either Makati CBD or Ortigas CBD during regular weekday business hours.
• Hybrid work arrangement may be available after the initial three-month period, subject to approval by the Hiring Manager.
