Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior 3D Artist to create high-quality 3D assets, environments, animations, and visual content for digital products, marketing campaigns, and gaming platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong artistic skills, technical expertise in 3D modeling and rendering, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to final production.

The Senior 3D Artist will collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, UI/UX, and Development teams to deliver visually engaging and high-quality content that enhances user experience and strengthens brand identity within the Gaming, Sports Betting, Online Casino, and Digital Entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, characters, environments, props, and visual assets
• Develop realistic and stylized 3D artwork for gaming, marketing, advertising, and promotional materials
• Produce high-quality renders, animations, motion graphics, and visual effects
• Create game-ready assets optimized for performance and visual quality
• Develop textures, materials, lighting setups, and environmental effects
• Ensure consistency in artistic style, quality, and branding standards

• Participate in concept development and creative brainstorming sessions
• Transform concepts, sketches, and references into polished 3D assets
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Leads to establish visual direction
• Provide creative recommendations and innovative design solutions

• Lead and mentor junior 3D artists and designers
• Review artwork and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout project development

• Optimize 3D assets for real-time applications, websites, mobile platforms, and game engines
• Ensure compatibility with production pipelines and development requirements
• Troubleshoot technical and artistic issues throughout the production process
• Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Animation, Game Development, Graphic Design, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3D Art, Animation, or Digital Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation skills
• Experience working in Gaming, Online Casino, Sports Betting, Entertainment, Advertising, or Digital Media industries is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, anatomy, perspective, and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
