Building Operations Manager (Property Management)

We are looking for a Building Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the property, ensuring the building is well-maintained, utilities are efficiently managed, and tenants’ concerns are addressed promptly.

The Job Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and ensure efficient use of building utilities (electricity, water, LPG) within assigned areas
• Oversee building maintenance, cleanliness, and overall physical condition, including surrounding premises
• Coordinate and communicate facility-related updates, disruptions, and issues with staff and tenants
• Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and prepare reports with recommended actions
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve facility-related concerns in a timely manner
• Implement safety protocols, lead emergency response efforts, and ensure a secure environment for occupants
• Liaise and negotiate with third-party service providers for maintenance and facility services
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements, including environmental and energy management duties

Needed Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
2. At least 5 years’ experience in property management (commercial/residential) and 3 years in a managerial role
3. Knowledge of building laws, regulations, and codes
4. Very strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
5. Can start ASAP or within 2 weeks
