Operations Manager – Financial/Banking International Account

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure operational goals and performance targets are achieved for an international account.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations and team performance
- Ensure KPIs and business goals are met
- Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
- Analyze reports and provide recommendations
- Coordinate with teams to maintain operational efficiency
- Lead and support team members to achieve targets
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably handling an international account
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
