HR Admin Assistant

The HR Admin Assistant provides essential clerical support to the human resources department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate employee data, process payroll inputs, and organize HR initiatives. The role includes updating HR databases, and assisting with employee queries regarding policies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
- Responds to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and payroll via phone, email, or in-person.
- Prepares and files legal documents for employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and dispute resolutions in coordination with the legal office.
- Maintains confidential legal files, including investigation records and grievance documentation, ensuring secure access and audit readiness.
- Liaises with external legal counsel on HR-related matters, scheduling consultations and compiling supporting evidence from employee records.
- Perform and assist all other tasks not stipulated on this document but required by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant professional experience.
