- Can write actual code when creating automation scripts
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automation software testing
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including QA processes and best practices
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and sprint-based development
- Proven experience in functional and non-functional testing across web and e-commerce platforms
- Strong capability in writing and executing test cases, with experience creating comprehensive QA documentation
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain automated test scripts using C# within Visual Studio
- Familiarity with automation design patterns such as Page Factory and Page Object Model (POM)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams, including onshore developers and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of deployment tools such as Docker for automation environment setup
- Proficient in using industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git for test tracking, documentation, and version control
- Ability to write actual test automation code from scratch—not reliant on low-code or record-and-playback tools
