WFH Product Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Product Supply Chain Manager with a strong sourcing and supply chain background who thrives in fast-paced product commercialization environments.

The role requires strong experience in sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, and international supplier coordination, particularly within Chinese sourcing ecosystems.

Client Overview

A fast-growing consumer products company focused on developing innovative and environmentally conscious plant care solutions for international markets. The business combines strong branding, product innovation, and global sourcing strategies to create high-quality products for a rapidly expanding customer base.

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and product development initiatives for new and existing products
• Ideate, evaluate, and commercialize innovative plant care products for international markets
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through production

• Manage supply chain data and inventory levels using Cin7 ERP software
• Coordinate inventory planning and procurement workflows to support operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on forecasting and supply chain strategy

• Source products and suppliers through platforms such as Alibaba and other Chinese sourcing networks
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure product quality, pricing, and reliability
• Coordinate manufacturing timelines, production updates, and supplier communications

• Work closely with the Head of Product on sourcing strategies and product rollout plans
• Support the Australian supply chain and development team with operational coordination
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting across sourcing and development activities

• Senior-level experience in product development and sourcing
• Proficiency with Cin7 ERP or similar inventory and supply chain management software
• Extensive experience using Alibaba and Chinese sourcing platforms
• Strong background in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products environments
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work aligned with Australian business hours
• Strong communication and vendor management capabilities

• Preferred: Experience working with consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce brands
